Litigation Paralegal - Defense Litigation

Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, paperless environment and is comfortable supporting multiple complex cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception through trial
Prepare and manage written discovery, including e-Discovery, records requests, document review, and redactions
Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, including trial presentation support
Support attorneys with case management, expert vetting, background investigations, and legal research
Handle billing and time entry in accordance with firm and client guidelines
Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all client and court interactions

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of defense litigation experience (required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and trial presentation software such as Trial Director
Familiarity with CaseMap, TextMap, TimeMap, and LexisNexis strongly preferred
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and support multiple cases concurrently
Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
